Subject: Invitation to "Heritage in Focus: A Symposium on Libon's History and Culture"

Dear Ma’am Rivera,

Warm greetings! We hope this letter finds you well. On behalf of Local Government Lof
Libon and the organizing committee, we would like to extend our cordial invitation to
you and the esteemed educators and students of LPHS to participate in the upcoming
symposium entitled "Heritage in Focus: A Symposium on Libon's History and Culture."
This event will be held on June 26, 2023, at the Macapagal Gymnasium, starting at 9:00
AM.

In line with our objectives, we would be honored to have two (4) exemplary student
representatives from your school (preferably officers of the Student Government Council
and Student Publication) to attend the symposium. Their active engagement in the
event will allow them to acquire a profound insight into their town's history and cultural
legacy, empowering them to become ambassadors of Libon's heritage.

Additionally, we would like to extend an invitation to one (1) of your esteemed history
teachers or a school publication adviser to participate in the symposium as an engaged
attendee. Their presence will not only serve as a source of inspiration for the students
but also provide an opportunity for them to further develop their knowledge and
appreciation of Libon's history and culture.

We firmly believe that this symposium will be an enriching and transformative

experience for all participants. Through engaging discussions and presentations, we aim
to nurture a deeper understanding of Libon's heritage and its significance in shaping the
identity of our students.
