The Schools Division of La Carlota City will conduct the Mid-Year Division Enhanced Assessment of Learning (DEAL) for two (2) consecutive half days on February 21- 22, 2024, after which classes will resume in the afternoon. 2. All school heads, OICs/TICs (Elementary, Secondary & SPED IS) and some identified Department Heads will serve as Chief Examiner of other schools while the teachers will remain in their school. 3. The School Heads, OICs and TICs should see so it that the teachers in their school shall be assigned in other grade levels to administer the test. 4. Allocation and verification of test materials for Kinder and Grades 1 to 12 shall be done on February 20, 2024 at 1:00 PM by the School Heads, TICs/OICs and the distribution will start at 6:00 AM on February 21, 2024 at the Division Conference Hall respectively. On the other hand, Haguimit Elementary School II and Miguel S. Mondia Elementary School will get the test materials after verification. 5. Attached are the schedule of the test and the assignment of School Heads/TICs/ OICs and Dept. Heads as Chief Examiner. The soft copies of Forms 001 and 002 will be send to the GC of the school heads. 6. Hardcopies of Forms 001 and 002 shall be submitted to the SGOD Office on February 28, 2024 c/o Carole C.
