Finance Manager

Responsibilities:
• Execute the company's financial strategy.
• Develop plans for growth to increase company profit while also reducing expenditure.
• Manage accounting procedures.
• Research and create analysis based on clients' needs.
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of financial and management reporting data of clients.
• Comply with national and local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation and
taking appropriate action.
• Understand the tax laws and regulations.
• Coordinate development of annual operating, capital, and program budgets, as well as reporting for
the same
• Oversee payroll management in compliance with government rules and regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating financial risks.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow, ensuring liquidity for day-to-day operations and
strategic initiatives.
• Utilize forecasting models to predict future financial trends and advise on strategic decisions.
• Implement cost control measures and efficiency improvements to optimize resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with international financial reporting standards (IFRS) and other relevant
financial regulations.
• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial
accuracy.
• Conduct Due Diligence of the new partners and investment products.
• Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, optimizing capital structure and
overseeing investment strategies.
