Circuit Work-out
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. From the exercise plans you created, choose one exercise per area that targets the following
body parts/muscles listed below. There should be two sets/rounds in the performance. The
first round/set of exercises should not be repeated in the 2nd round/set
2. Choose 1 Tabata music good for eight stations. The number of performances and rest
depends on the specific music you choose.
3. Give yourself time to practice the exercises you listed; if you are ready, take a video of
yourself demonstrating the exercise movements correctly, observing safety.
4. Exhibit mastery during your performance

5. Be in your SLU PE uniform (for those with no available uniform, use proper exercise attire),
including footwear. No mask should be worn during the performance but observe the safety protocol
6. Submit your videos in the provided submission folder. Once submitted, no more re-do.
