Pain and Gain

Daniel Lugo, Carl Weekes and Adrian Doorbal were involved in a

kidnapping and extortion scheme in Miami in the 1990s. The incident
shows the activities of a criminal gang made up of bodybuilders,
whose members did not shy away from kidnapping, extortion,
torture and murder. The motto No pain, no gain ("without pain there
is no result"), which is also often used in bodybuilding. Two received
life sentences, the third only 5 years because he confessed to
everything and became a priest after what happened. The story in
short. The victim was Marc Schiller. He hired personal trainers, but
the trainers didn't like his style, but rather his wealth. That's why he
was kidnapped and beaten and tortured until he signed the property
