going to tell you the benefit of Football.

Hjelm said: “Sport was seen as a means to improve the health and well being of the
entire population” ( Jonny Hjelm, 2013 “ Football for all Even Women” pages 275-289,)
The sport requires a combination of aerobic and anaerobic exercise, contributing to
cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, and overall agility. Regular participation in
football helps individuals maintain a healthy weight, improve cardiovascular health,
and enhance motor skills. The dynamic nature of the game ensures that players
engage in both aerobic activities like running and anaerobic activities such as
sprinting, turning, and jumping, fostering a comprehensive approach to fitness.
Football also plays a significant role in fostering social cohesion and community
building. Whether played in local parks, schoolyards, or professional stadiums,
football has the unique ability to bring people from diverse backgrounds together.
