BENEFITS OF SPORT

Sport can be defined as an activity involving physical exertion and


skill in which an individual or team competes against another or
others for entertainment. Today sport are also known as a medium
that unite every country and people in this world without
acknowledge their skin colour or wealthiness. It brings colour to the
world. People all around the globe join sports to gain entertainment
and at the same time maintaining their physical health. Therefore, in
my opinion, sport brings numerous of benefits to human being such
as widen their social circle, boost and maintaining their health and
also beneficial in term of employment.
First and foremost, sport broaden our social circle. Through
sport, one can manage to widen their interpersonal skill especially
when it come to a group sport such as football, basketball and so on.
This is because, as a team, strong friendship bonds are crucial.
Therefore, we need to mingle with others whether they are in our
team or not to make these sport become more fun and interesting.
For example, when we are interacting with others, we can share any
game strategies or techniques to sharpen our playing skill. At the
same time, we can also learn about others background and culture.
Some professional player can even travel around the world for free
by representing their own country to fight against the others in
sports. Hence, this shows that sport can help one to widen their
social circle by letting people surround he or she to interact with
them.
Secondly, its also can help one to boost their health in term of
mental, physical and emotional. Being part in any sport lead us to a
healthy lifestyle because it can turn someone into a well-rounded
and balanced individual. Sports are not only make one physically fit,
but it also can help one to boost up their memorisation. As what the
old folks used to say, a healthy body mean a healthy mind. Exercising
regularly help one to build their stamina, increase their immunity
towards illness and also become a stress-free person. For instant,
exercising three times a week can help a workaholic person to have a
short escape after working for 24/7. Thus, sports are really important
for one to maintaining and boost their health.
Last but not least, sport are beneficial for one in term of
employment. Nowadays company are searching for one that are not
only have a great grade in academics but also a good grade in their
cocurriculum. By having a historical in any sport, one are offer a
brighter career which can lead to a brighter future. This is because,
these sport member especially those who are representing their
country internationally in sports are given a formal education for
free, so they can manage to pursue their dream. Companies are
provided them with employment opportunities due to their sport
experiences that makes them are physically fit and also have a better
socialising skills. All of these are required when they are connecting
with their clients. So, this shows that one have a better employment
opportunity in ready market when they are active in sports.
In conclusion, sports are beneficial for every human being in this
world. It all depends on that person decision whether they wanted
to be a part of sport or not. Healthiness and wealthiness can be
achieve when we wanted to involve ourselves in sport.
