1.1 Introduction
Welcome to our Asset App, a user-friendly platform designed to streamline and simplify the
process of buying and selling s. Our application provides a secure and efficient marketplace for
businesses to manage their cash flow effectively. Whether you're a seller looking to optimize
liquidity or a buyer seeking investment opportunities, [App Name] offers a reliable and
transparent solution.

1.2 Purpose of this User Manual

 The purpose of this user manual is to provide comprehensive guidance and instructions
on using Asset App. It is designed to assist users, both buyers and sellers, in
understanding the features, functionalities, and processes involved in utilizing the
application effectively.
 This user manual serves as a reference tool that empowers users to navigate through
various sections, perform tasks, and make the most out of the available features. It aims
to enhance the user experience, provide clarity on the application's functionalities, and
address common queries or challenges that users may encounter.
 It is recommended that users read this user manual thoroughly before using [App

1.3 How our app works
At our Asset App, we understand the challenges which businesses face in managing cash flow
and accessing working capital. Our platform leverages the power of technology to connect
sellers and buyers in a seamless manner. Here's how it works:

a. Seller perspective
 As a seller, you can easily upload your assets to the platform, providing key details
such as amount, due date, and customer information.
 Our advanced verification processes ensure that assets are legitimate, reducing the
risk of fraud and improving buyer confidence.
 Once uploaded, yours become available for buyers to browse and purchase.
 As a seller, you can also directly send the asset to the buyer.

b. Buyer perspective
 As a buyer, you gain access to a marketplace of verified assets, allowing you to
select and purchase s that match your investment strategy.
 You can filter assets based on factors such as amount, due date, and industry,
tailoring your investment portfolio to meet your specific needs.
 Upon purchasing an asset, you receive the rights to collect the payment from the
customer on the due date, effectively providing short-term investment
opportunities.

between parties.

 Track performance, monitor cash flow trends, and make informed decisions
based on data-driven analysis.

2.Use Cases
2.1User Registration
To access the full features of our Asset App and become buyer or seller, you need to create an
account. The registration process is quick and straightforward. Follow the steps below to
register:

 Visit the [App Name] homepage at [Landing Page URL].

 Locate the "Get Started" button and click on it.
 You will be directed to the registration form.

Registration Form Fields

 First Name: Enter your first name in this field. It should consist of alphabetic characters
only and be between 2 to 50 characters in length.
 Last Name: Enter your last name in this field. It should consist of alphabetic characters
only and be between 2 to 50 characters in length.
 Email: Provide a valid email address that you have access to. This will be used for
communication purposes and account verification.
 Phone: Enter your phone number with the appropriate country code. Make sure to
include only numeric characters without any spaces or special characters.
 Password: Choose a strong and secure password for your account. It is recommended to
be at least 8 characters long and include a combination of uppercase and lowercase
letters, numbers, and special characters.
 Confirm Password: Re-enter the same password you provided in the previous field to
confirm it.
 Address: Enter your business or primary address in this field. Provide accurate and
complete information to facilitate transactions and communication.
 Business Name: Enter your business name in this field.
 User Type: Select your user type by choosing either "Buyer" or "Seller". This selection
determines the functionality available to you within the application.

Once you have filled in all the required fields and selected your user type, click the
"Register" button to proceed. You will be redirected to the “registration successful page” if
your registration is successful. Then, click the “Go to [landing page]” button to get back to
landing page.
Once your account is activated, you can log in using your registered phone number and
password to start using [App Name].
Note: Make sure to review the registration form carefully and double-check the accuracy of
the information you provide before submitting the registration. If you encounter any issues
during the registration process, such as validation errors or technical difficulties, please
contact our support team at [Support Email/Phone Number] for assistance.

2.2Ops User Account

Ops users have additional privileges and functionalities to oversee and administer user
accounts, both buyers and sellers. This section provides instructions on how to utilize the
Ops user account features effectively.
Ops User account creation: Ops user have to contact the super admin in order to create an
Ops user account.
Logging into Ops User account: Log into the Ops User account using the phone number and
password created by super admin.

Ops User functionalities

Once the Ops user account is created, the Ops user gains access to various functionalities
and privileges to manage user accounts. The following are the key features available to Ops
users:

a. Viewing User Account Lists

 Ops users can view a comprehensive list of user accounts, including both
buyers and sellers.

b. Viewing User Account Details

 To view the detailed information of a specific user, click on the user's account
from the user account list.
 The user account details page should display relevant information, such as
username, email address, contact details, account type (buyer or seller), and
any additional user (buyer or seller) information.
c. Exporting User Information
 Ops users can export user information as a CSV file for legitimate purposes,
such as verification or auditing.
 On the user account details page, locate the "Export CSV" button.
 Clicking this button should initiate the download of a CSV file containing the
user's information.

d. Generating Forgot Password Link

 Ops users can generate a forgot password link for a user who requests
password reset assistance.
 On the user account details page, look for the "Generate Password Reset
Link" option.
 Clicking this option should generate a unique link that can be shared with the
user to initiate the password reset process.
e. Restricting User Information Updates
 Ops users have the ability to temporarily restrict users from updating their
information.
 To restrict a user's information updates, navigate to the user's account
details page and locate the "Disable update access for this user" button.
 Enabling this option should prevent the user from making changes to their
profile until it is enabled again by the Ops user or the user request for
updating information.
f. Exporting user-list

 Ops User has the ability to export the user lists by filtering the date as well as
the type of user.

g. Approving the user’s wallet activation

Ops user can activate the wallet if the user request for it.
 h. Managing the rate of asset

Ops user has the right to manage the rate of asset.

Note: It is essential to use the Ops user account functionalities responsibly and in compliance
with data protection and privacy regulations. Exercise caution when exporting user information
and ensure that it is used for legitimate purposes only.

2.3Login Form
To access your [App Name] account, you need to log in using your phone number and
password. Follow the steps below to log in:

 Visit the [App Name] homepage at [Landing Page URL].

 Locate the "Login" button and click on it.
 You will be directed to the login form.

Login Form Fields:

 Phone Number: Enter the phone number associated with your account in this field.
Make sure to provide the same phone number you used during registration.
 Password: Enter the password for your account in this field. Remember that
passwords are case-sensitive, so check the capitalization of your password.
Once you have entered your phone and password, click the "Login" button to proceed.
Note: Make sure to keep your login credentials secure and avoid sharing your password
with anyone. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact our
support team immediately at [Support Email/Phone Number].

 If you do not have an account yet, click the "Join us" link, and you will be redirected to
the registration page. Follow the instructions provided in the registration section to
create a new account.
 If you have forgotten your password, click the "Forgot Password" link. This will redirect
to the page where you will enter your phone number and click the “submit” button to
request a link which will redirect to the page where you can change your password.
2.4 Seller or Buyer Registration
After creating the account, users still need to complete the seller or buyer registration
depending on the account type in order to get the full access to the features, i.e, buying or
selling s. After logging into your account, locate the Update Info button and click on it. This will
redirect you to the seller registration form if your account type is seller. If your account type is
buyer, you will see the buyer registration form.

Seller Registration
In the seller registration, you will have to fill data related to your business up to three pages.

 First Page: Enter all the fields in this page which will be the detail information about the
user (seller). And then click “Next” button
 Second Page: You will have to fill the data related to your business such as company
name. And then click “Next” button

 Third Page: You will have to fill the reference data which belongs to your company and
click next button.
  Final page: You will have to upload attachment file such as soft copy of nrc of your
company. In order to upload file, click on the field to open the dialog box. And then
select the file you want to upload and click “open” button. By following these steps, you
can upload the necessary files. User can also download the file they have uploaded by
clicking the download button beside the field.

After Filling all the fields, click “Save” Button. You will see the successful message if your
updated data are correct.
After going through verification processes, you will become a legitimate seller.
Note: Make sure to review the forms carefully and double-check the accuracy of the
information you provide before submitting.
Buyer Registration
In the seller registration, you will have to fill data related to your business up to three pages.

 First Page: You will have to provide detail information about user (buyer) including the
annual income. Then, click “Next” button.

 Second Page: In this page, you will have to fill the Employment Detail or self-
employment Detail. It is not necessary to fill both. After that, click “Next” button.

 Third page: In this page, you will have to provide additional information such as Bank
reference, Contact Person and Authorize Person.
After Filling all the fields, click “Save” Button. You will see the successful message if your
updated data are correct.
After going through verification processes, you will become a legitimate buyer.
Note: Make sure to review the forms carefully and double-check the accuracy of the
information you provide before submitting.

2.5 Assets
Seller

 Seller can create asset by clicking the Create Button as shown in figure. Moreover, Seller
can accept the buy request by checking the buy request.
 Seller can also transfer the asset to a buyer without uploading it on the market place.

Buyer

 Buyer can view the trading history and list of the bought assets in the asset panel.
2.6 Market Place

In market place, users can search for the assets and view the detail. If a user is buyer, they can
buy the assets buy clicking the “Buy” button.

2.6 Wallet

After creating an account, both seller and buyer need to activate their wallet in order to buy or
sell their products(assets). To activate the wallet, a user need to click on the “Activate” button.
After being approved bye the admin, a user can now start buying or selling assets.
