If the OTP is valid , you are successfully logged in to the system. If you do not receive the OTP kindly click on
‘Contact the Alumni Team’ and fill the required details in the form.
If you cannot recollect your Tata Steel Personal number or if you are facing any issues while logging in,
Kindly click on ‘Click here ‘ to contact the Alumni Team for support.
Kindly fill in all the mandatory details in the form and click on Submit.
You will receive an email with the details of your request and Tata Steel people care team will get back to you.
After successfully logging in into the portal click on Mediclaim tab to access the mediclaim policy.
After clicking on Mediclaim Page, A high level view of the policy details will be visible. Click on ‘Start
Enrolling’ button to proceed further.
If your medical policy is not mapped, please contact people.care@tatasteel.com for assistance.
If you already hold an active MSB policy, then you are required to submit request to deactivate the MSB policy.
Click on Yes to submit your request to deactivate the MSB. Kindly allow 3 working days for your MSB to be
activated and then try to enroll for mediclaim policy.
If your MSB is deactivated successfully, you will be able to move further and enroll for mediclaim policy.
Click on Start enrolling for policy to start enrolling for the medicare policy.
• Kindly upload your valid Aadhar Card that can be used for validation.
• If you wish to enroll the medicalim policy for your self and Spouse, please choose the option Self and
Spouse.
• If you need to enroll the mediclaim policy for your self or your spouse,please choose the option Self or
Spouse.
• If you choose Self and Spouse, you will need to enter all the
details of the spouse and upload an Aadhar card for
validation.
