This plan provides comprehensive veterinary care and treatment
for your pet in the event of accident or illness, including
consultations, examinations, emergency care, hospitalization,
medication, surgery, anesthesia and consultations with
specialists recommended by a licensed veterinarian.
ACCIDENT PLAN
COVERAGE OF $5,000 PER YEAR
This plan covers emergency veterinary care and treatment for your
pet for conditions caused by an accident.
PREVENTIVE CARE
Available only in Quebec, you can think of our unique Preventative Care
Options program as a “preventive subscription” to your veterinarian’s
office, including all your pet’s routine and seasonal care.
Sign up and start enjoying the benefits of our Preventive Care Options
program. Simply pay your monthly payment and make an appointment
with your veterinarian. Then send us your reimbursement request,
together with the appropriate invoices.
We reimburse 100% of costs, for all eligible veterinary services and
treatments, with no deductible!
Please note that the availability of preventive care programs varies from
province to province. The “Flex Care” program is not offered in Quebec,
and related documentation is only published in English.

PLAN No breed exclusions: Every breed can receive coverage,
even for health conditions that are associated with that
breed, provided they aren’t pre-existing when your
coverage starts.

That means no unpleasant surprises when you submit

No pet is too old for coverage! There’s no maximum
age to sign up, as long as your pet meets the

pre-existing conditions to worry about).
Our policies cover surgeries, diagnostics, medications,
hospital stays, examinations and taxes, up to the selected
annual benefit amount, with a single annual deductible.
We’re a Canadian company, and our headquarters, call
centre and authorized agents are located in Canada.
We cover alternative therapies including hydrotherapy,
homeopathy and chiropractic treatment. That means
you don’t have to purchase additional coverage.
All Pets Plus Us plans come with our lifetime guarantee.
Once your pet is enrolled for coverage, their benefits
are automatically guaranteed to renew each year.
