4 EASY STEPS TO GET STARTED
A Little More Obsessed works perfectly with the 80 Day Obsession® individual Eating Plans
(and Vegan Eating Plans), as well as the 80 Day Obsession Food Lists. This Nutrition Guide
will help you determine which plan is perfect for you.

STEP 1 CALCULATE YOUR CALORIE TARGET This calculation determines your CALORIE TARGET, which then points you to your individual Eating Plan.
A. CALCULATE YOUR CALORIC BASELINE (lbs.) x 11 =

NOTE: If you want to maintain your current weight, skip the next calculation and use your MAINTENANCE CALORIES to find your plan. If your goal is to lose weight, move on to
the next calculation.

C. CALCULATE YOUR CALORIE TARGET – 750 =


MAINTENANCE CALORIES CALORIC DEFICIT CALORIE TARGET

If your Calorie Target falls below 1,200 calories, round up to 1,200. • If your Calorie Target falls above 2,800, round down to 2,800.
If you’re breastfeeding, please consult your physician before doing A Little More Obsessed. If you have doctor approval and want to lose weight, calculate your Calorie Target using your
Maintenance Calories, but don’t subtract Caloric Deficit since nursing your baby will help create a deficit. To maintain weight, use your Maintenance Calories, then bump up one plan.

STEP 2 DETERMINE YOUR EATING PLAN


Now that you’ve calculated your Calorie Target, use the chart below to find which Eating Plan you’ll follow.
For example, if your Calorie Target is 1,625, then you’ll follow PLAN B.

STEP 3 GET YOUR EATING PLAN On Demand under Nutrition. This document will tell you everything you need to know about what and when to eat for
your plan. Again, these are the same plans used for 80 Day Obsession—but they work perfectly with both programs.

Now that you have all the tools you need, it’s time to get A Little More Obsessed! But before you get started, allow
STEP 4 GET YOUR WORKOUTS! time to look at your 80 Day Obsession Eating Plan and start your meal prep.

NOTE: With 80 Day Obsession, you recalculate at the end of every phase to make sure you’re in the proper calorie bracket. If you choose to use A Little More Obsessed as your
Phase 4, you’ll want to recalculate after finishing Phase 3 and again after finishing 4 weeks of A Little More Obsessed.
