Great course, learned a lot. I love the amount of recipes and blends
he provides. I do feel con dent about starting to use essential oils in
daily life. I would have liked if we went a little bit more in depth into
the contraindications of the oils, as this is such a big safety concern
especially when sharing your home made products with other
people, and the internet is full of con icting information. Other than
that, very helpful course, would recommend.

Although I am a fan of aromatherapy, I'm embarrassed to say that I
only knew how to use aromatherapy oil in di users. I am guilty in
applying the oil directly to the skin without the knowledge that this
could be dangerous. This course also surprised me with so many DIY
items that can be made without breaking the bank. The lectururer
was lively and had a great sense of humor so never a dull moment
throughout the course.
