Role Overview:

As an Application Development Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team,
responsible for designing, building, testing, assembling, and configuring applications to meet
business requirements. You will work in challenging environments, utilizing your versatility to
create and support technology solutions from analysis to implementation.

Orientation Program

As part of the on-boarding process, all fresh entrants go through an Orientation Programme,
which gives them an overview of the breadth of work and enables the transition from Campus
to Corporate. This programme helps all Graduate and Post Graduate Trainees get acclimatized
to our work culture and start delivering from day one. The programme consists of an
orientation on NStarX, its businesses and projects undertaken.

The Development Associate works on technical projects, individual assignments, product

simulations, and undergo various technical as well non-technical exercises on-line. The
programme is a good mix of technical & behavioural sessions.
Key Responsibilities:

 Design, build, test, assemble, and configure applications based on business

requirements.
 Understand business drivers impacting performance and deliver software to meet those
expectations.
 Incorporate technology trends into solutions and participate in the development of
automation solutions and new functionalities.
 Work with cross-functional teams to solve complex business problems and deliver
innovative solutions to our clients

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) from all streams, graduates from the
2024 batch pass-outs.
 Ability to anticipate and resolve business issues with agility.
 Versatility and aptitude to learn and apply new skills quickly.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficient verbal and communication
abilities.
 Demonstrated ability to deliver code within time and quality expectations, participating
in peer reviews.
 Ownership mentality towards successful solution implementation.
 Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.
 Familiarity with artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) concepts and
frameworks.
 Knowledge of data science techniques and tools for data analysis and visualization.
 Strong grasp of software development methodologies and practices, including Agile and
DevOps
 Understanding of cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
 Flexibility to relocate for project deployment anywhere in India and work in 24x7 shifts
as per business requirements.
