DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You are to ensure that the Occupational Health & Safety Act 85 of 1993 and the regulations applicable are complied with in
your area of responsibility.

You are hereby appointed until further notice as the GSR2 PPE Inspector. You are to perform your Occupational Health and
Safety Act duties under the control and direction of the designated Competent Person.

You are to ensure that you understand the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Act
and its regulations. Any deviations you cannot rectify are to be reported to the GMR 2.1 in writing.

You are required to acknowledge your confirmation of training and your acceptance of the responsibilities and implications of
this appointment.
