I would like to welcome our Respected Principal, Vice Principal, Dean(Academics),

Controller of Examinations,Chairman, Board of studies of UG and PG programmes to
this second Academic Council Meeting of our institution.
At this juncture, we would like to share that our group of institution has another diamond
on its diadem Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University under the Section 9 of the Tamilnadu
Private Universities Act 2019 (Tamilnadu Act No.14 of 2019), Higher Education, 20 th
January 2021 the First Private University in Tamilnadu.

The First Academic Council Meeting (ACM) of our Institution was held on 28.10.2020
at 11.00 am through Virtual mode

Dr.K.Anbarasan, Dean (Academics), has placed the proposed Regulation 2020 (R-2020)
for the students admitted from the Academic Year 2020-2021 onwards of our Institution
to the Academic Council

Comments received in First Board of Studies meeting are placed before the Standing
committee and it was further scrutinized before the conduct of Academic Council
meeting. Chairman, Board of studies of UG and PG Programmes have placed their
recommended curriculum to academic council.

The Academic Council ratified the Curriculum of all UG Programmes. Curriculum and
Syllabus of First year UG Programmes. Curriculum and Syllabus of PG Programmes.
This comes into the effect for the students admitted from the academic year 2020-2021
onwards.

We need valuable suggestions and guidance from all the distinguished experts for
enriching the standards of our Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan Engineering College,
Autonomous, Perambalur
