- I went off-book and designed my own class of

Working with professors, I interviewed a variety of
professors and deans from multiple fields (Urban
Development, Real Estate, ComSci, Etc.) which led to
them inviting me to give lectures.

US, the Philippines, and Taiwan as well as on my life
(Being a high school dropout doing int'l/E commerce)
to college seniors and graduate students.

on projects involving international trade or with clients

chain in China to ship barges of sand & gravel.
- Secured an "Exclusive Distributor Contract" with Fuji-Ta
Bicycle for rights to sell in The Philippines.
- Helped sell and give out PPE to locals, government,
and hospitals during Covid-19.
- Secured partnership with a Chinese Manufacturer to

of the community.

I collaborated and co-started "The Shope Interviews"
with Mark Shope, professor of AILaw at NCTU, to which
we interviewed a variety of people from Academia,
Entertainment, and Business world. (Postponed until an
undecided time due to Covid & Life)
- Dealt with startup planning on which platforms to
launch as well as growth opportunities.
- Contacted and pre-interviewed every guest to prep
questions for Mark to expand on.
- During interviews I dealt with tech management:
Sound Management, Video/Camera quality, and time
queues.
- Constructed leverage on NCTU to allow us consistent

2021-12 PKPOWERCO; Jollibee
Me and 2 partners almost brought Jollibee (JFC) to
Taiwan as Exclusive Territory Franchisers. The project
ended up put on indefinite hold due to Covid-19
limiting expansions for JFC, to which they prioritized
franchising to Japan.
- I secured PKPOWERCO to allow us to represent their
company in franchising JFC to Taiwan as well as led
calls with VC Companies and Angel Investors.
- Found real estate in Taipei Main Station for the
planned launch site.
- Created a full Pitch Deck: Financial Analysis, Cost
Breakdown, Local Supplier Info, and Market Research
- Led a conference with the International Franchise
Manager, Monique Guevara, and Vice President of
JFC, Maxi Peralta. A conference that led us to be listed
as priority franchisee candidates for when JFC's future
expansion to Taiwan.
