have led to this suspension. It was never my intention to violate Amazon's policies or engage in any

I wish to provide a detailed and logical explanation of the events leading to the suspension, while
addressing the concerns raised by Amazon. To begin with, I understand that Amazon is dedicated to

The issue arose when I communicated with two other sellers regarding pricing strategies for Hairmd
products. Our intentions were never to engage in price fixing or any anticompetitive practices. Rather,
our aim was to align our pricing strategies with the terms and conditions stipulated by our supplier, Elite
Pharma. Elite Pharma had expressed concerns about other sellers not complying with their pricing rules,
and we believed that by coordinating our pricing strategies, we could meet the supplier's expectations
while ensuring a level playing field for all sellers.
While I understand that this communication may have appeared as a violation of Amazon's policies, it
was a genuine mistake on my part. I take full responsibility for any unintended consequences that may
have arisen from my actions. Please understand that my commitment is to operate ethically and within
the bounds of the law.
To provide a clear demonstration of my commitment to Amazon's policies and Seller Code of Conduct, I
would like to highlight ten examples of our compliance:
1. **Detailed Policy Review**: I have conducted a comprehensive review of Amazon's Selling Policies
and Seller Code of Conduct to ensure a profound understanding of the rules and regulations governing
the marketplace.
3. **Revised Supplier Communication**: I have re-established direct communication with Elite Pharma
to confirm our commitment to upholding their pricing policies, ensuring all future pricing discussions are
conducted directly with the supplier.

ourselves on Amazon's policies and procedures and have implemented a robust training program to
ensure full compliance in the future.
5. **Improved Internal Controls**: I have implemented stronger internal controls to prevent any future
policy violations, including regular policy audits.

9. **Timely Shipping and Fulfillment**: We have consistently met our shipping and fulfillment
