I confirm to abide by the plan of action provided below. I am aware that failure to comply with agreed
plan of action or future violation of Amazon policy, performance standards can lead to account closure.

Root Cause:

We thoroughly reviewed our seller account and suspect that Amazon has questioned the Authenticity of
our products and suspended our seller account because we failed to provide invoices, showing proof of
purchase/Authenticity for the specific items. These items include B08D3BHD73 and B08D1SFW1Y.

Corrective Action:

1. We have closed all our listings for all the items in question and we will not re-open them until we
confirm Amazon that these products are authentic.

2. We are attaching the Invoices & Seller Certification to prove that the products are authentic.

Actions To Prevent Future Issues:

1. We will submit the proof for the authenticity of the products to Amazon before listing them on
Amazon.

2. From now we will never list Flawless products on our store. Again, submitting that our product was
genuine and no complain received from buyers till now.

3. We will list product on amazon for only generic products onwards.

4. We will inspect every single product that we list on amazon to ensure that what we are listing is a
100% match to the Amazon’s product detail page.

Sir/Mam I am small retailer and I had given to you all the details I possess to prove genuineness of my
product such as (Invoice of product and seller certification to sell the product on amazon) there is
nothing now I am hiding to you. I wanted to create my store at amazon having good rating and long-
term relationship with you, but the process of account review by amazon is taking too much time and
due to this I am facing huge losses. This is my genuine request to you kindly activate my account I
pledge that I will never sell any branded product on amazon even If seller give me any certificates.
Due to closer of account it is really hard for me now to sell on any ecommerce websites so many
problems have arisen to me such as lack of fund, mental pressure.

I again want to submit that no complain has been raised by buyers of the product, I gave you all the
information and documents I possess and as per me that will be sufficient to prove my genuineness,
still I am giving you plan of action and pledge to not to sell any branded product. From onwards I will
only sell generic products.
