in Seller Performance Team,

Thank you for the Opportunity to appeal for my Product Autherticity Complaint.Kindly My NEW Plan of
Action Date 12-01-2024 that I have done to Address the issue and prevent it from happening again.

What Went Wrong (Root Cause of Complaint) :-

• The listing under ASIN B0CBHPR7B9 was removed by Amazon on 25-dec-2024 following a
Product Authenticity Complaint.
• I don’t have a proper invoice the reason for this I was dealing with unverified supplier and they
gave me invoice that didn’t meet Amazon’s Criteria.
• I am a new seller and was unaware of the Amazon Policies (Before) and purchased a Generic
product and mistakenly listed under a brand, as it was in catalogue so I thought it is the Similar
product and ignorantly
Listed my product under a brand.
• I was not intended to sell the generic product under branded product.
• I was unable to submit valid invoice because I was dealing with unverified supplier.
• The Reason of dealing with unverified supplier is that earlier I wasn’t aware how to verify a
supplier because I am a new seller and started sourcing products without going through all the
policies of Amazon.

So,I take responsibility that I violated the Amazon Policies

Unintentionally and for not acknowledging that branded products require authorization to sell.

The Immediate Actions I have taken to Solve the Problem :

Steps :-
First of all, customers have been fully refuned immediately to maximize customer satisfaction.
✓ I have already deleted the listing under ASIN B0CBHPR7B9.
✓ I have stopped dealing with that unverified supplier and in future I will source from verified
suppliers only.
✓ I have read all Amazon Policies Specially the ones describing proper ways to source.

Inventory to ensure Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy, that I will not violate again .
I have made sure that my All-other listing are not violating the Amazon Policies.
✓ I have read following articles on Amazon seller central and learned the polices and also watched
tutorials on seller University.

Preventive Measures For Future :

➢ I will not sell the product under ASIN B0CBHPR7B9 ever again.
➢ I have stopped dealing with this unverified supplier at once.
For Now I am not sourcing any deals with verified suppliers who can provide me valid Invoices have
their own websites and I will keep track of their details (Name, Address, website link etc.) and falls
under Amazon’s verified supplier policies.
 With the help of lawyer, I will make sure products are sourced from authenticated supplier or from
authorized distributors that can provide me vaild Invoices meeting Amazon requirements.
I will take proper care of quality check process of products hiring quallty check team and ordering a
sample for personal use before ordering products in bulk.

➢ I will create my own listing for Generic Items after taking approval for GTIN exemption from amazon
(as I have already done for my other Generic products).
➢ I am training myself with help of Amazon Product listing Policies and I will hire

Virtual Assistance for proper listing meeting Amazon Product Listing Criteria. I will do my own
photoshoot for the products with help of professional photographer.
➢ For FBM listings I will make sure customers get properly packed products with and timely shipping.

I will take brand approval to sell On amazon.

For branded products sourcing I will make sure it is from verified supplier who can provide me letter
of authorization from brand owner or he is direct and authorized distributor for that particular
brand with their own website, proper invoices and address.

➢ I Will abide by all the policies of Amazon from now on.
