Build FBA PL Asset because these are your own brands, you can sell them later just like a

2.Market share>>>>

Pakistan Ecommerce market size = 1 Billion USD - Daraz has got about $500-600 Million out of
it. So, it is 0.002% vs Amazon US and it is 0.04% vs Amazon UK

UAE Ecommerce market size = 1 Billion USD - Amazon AE has got about $400 Million out of
it. It is 0.0015% vs Amazon US.
Amazon Australia has done $245 Million so it is like 0.004% compare to Amazon US in size.

UK Ecommerce market size is = 35 Billion USD estimate - Amazon has got about USD 15
Billion out of it.

United States Ecommerce market size is = 500 Billion USD and Amazon has got 57% and ebay
has got 7.5% and Walmart has got 3.5% and Facebook/Google has got about 10%

Now decide yourself which market is bigger and where you should be focusing and where
exactly is your chance of making real money?

If you think it’s worth going shopify and setting up your own website store then do it. If you
want to tap into this 10% market share and work hard on google SEO then do it. Please also note
that asset you create with your own website is not a very desired asset by buyers out there who
are looking to buy businesses. People want to buy FBA assets as these assets are considered
hotter and more reliable. We don’t want to love the customers and we don’t care if the end user
is loyal to our FBA store or not since our end goal is to flip these assets anyway for 30-35x
profit. Yes, you can sell website asset as well but website assets take 10x more effort than
building these FBA assets and yet they are less desirable than FBA assets.

3.FBA stands for Fulfillment by Amazon.

You sell it, we ship it. Amazon has one of the most advanced fulfillment networks in the world. With
Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA), you store your products in Amazon's fulfillment centers, and we pick,
pack, ship, and provide customer service for these products. FBA can help you scale your business and
reach more customers.

4.Below are the 5 stages of this journey to achieve your PL brand ranking and selling in
FBA

1. ID Setup - We go through plenty of options and ways to get the account and also go through
tax implications and understand legal framework and various options of setting up account
through company formation in different countries or getting it through partnerships and
understand taxation implication.

2. Product Hunt - We go through plenty of methods to identify high volume, high score
products and go through tons of data points to analyze the products which are suitable for our PL
brand and our ability to rank them easily to page 1

3. Procurement/Logistics/Branding - This is time consuming process where we build our brand

packaging, designing, work on sourcing, procurement and logistics and go through the entire
process all the way from factory to FBA listing

4. Product Launch/Rank - In this stage we launch our product and go through launching
strategies such as soft launch, hard launch and go through campaigns and go through ranking of
our listing within weeks to page 1

5. FBA Integration with Shopify & eBay. - This stage is for established sellers who finally
have their products selling in hundreds in FBA and now we get the product listed in other
platforms such as shopify, eBay, Walmart or sears and integrate these accounts through a
centralized software and link with our Amazon FBA account for automatic fulfilment of orders
coming from these platforms and getting fulfilled at speed by Amazon FBA automatically.

Overview: Amazon is a multi-billion-dollar online retailer and they have millions and millions
of customers that use the website for buying. Also, they have millions of credit cards already in
their system on their website. If someone want to buy a product, they just have to press one
button, one click. It actually called a one click buy, which is actually a patent that Amazon owns
and so Amazon is a great opportunity to sell any product out there because there is huge search
engine of million of customers that are searching for products, that you can tap into and make
money. The great thing is Amazon can do all the fulfillment for you as well. They can hold your
product, your inventory in their fulfillment centers, they ship your product as well and do
customer support for it. Amazon just take fee a cut out of that. They just do most of the work for
you.

Private labelling: means that you are finding a product that is already selling and it is already a
manufacturer or supplier and that is already making that product and you are putting your logo,
packaging and design on that product and selling it on Amazon.

So, you don’t need to invent a product, you don’t need to try and come up with something brand
new. All you to do is to is to find what’s already selling on Amazon and find a supplier that can
make that product put your logo or brand name on it and ship it to Amazon and sell it on their
website.
Amazon best seller list: This is basically showing all the products that are selling on their
bestsellers on Amazon. In this list among millions of products shows the bestseller on Amazon.
It is divided into different departments and categories.

Amazon search engine: it’s a number one paid search engine in the world. People come to
Amazon to buy stuff, it’s totally different from google, yahoo and Bing people go to these search
engines to search free information a lot of time but on Amazon its very clear that they are here to
buy something or do some research on the product they need. Amazon search engine consist of
different departments and product categories. Ideally the higher up you can rank your product
and have it on their website, the more money you are going to make from that product and the
product will appear as people search for it, within the top 100 selling products. Up to fifth page
of Amazon people can make lots of money but after fifth page mostly consumers don’t pay
attention.

Seller center account: to set up a seller account you can either set up selling as professional or
as an individual.

 Professional Account: Most recommended, if you are serious about Amazon and want
to some good money then you have sign up as professional. It does cost $39.99 per month
and they take some additional selling fees as well. Its well worth it because it just gives
you the ability, number one: to sell on Amazon website and to tap into millions of
customers. Number two: they have all the credit cards; the one click buys. Number three:
they handle your fulfillment so you don’t have to do all your work on your own eg:
Shipments, inventory management, handle all your payments (pay you as a seller every
two weeks) and employees for handling this work.
Also, in professional account they allow you to advertise on their website and set up
promotions. The first month is free and you can sign up for month free and cancel it if
you don’t get your product set up in time or you changed your mind. That’s something
that you are going to want only once you have decided on your product, your
supplier and you ready to start selling
 Individual Account: you can just sell few items on it. It is almost free but of course they
cut a certain fee.
Supplier Sources:
Alibaba: one of the biggest sources, they have millions of products and suppliers that you can
find products. Also, you can find customize logo, packaging and products from Alibaba. China is
much cheaper than any other country.
