My Plan Of Action

Hello, thank you for giving us the possibility to continue selling on Amazon.
I have evaluated the reasons for violation complaints for the following ASINs B07MJJN6ZV,
B07PSKL1DK, B0C1NXVZDS, B0C1KGBHCS, B07NJXWV5K,
B0C1NZGXWS I believe this is from recent orders where buyers have received inauthentic
items.
1. Description of the issues that caused the complaints. - The issue for the following
ASINs B07MJJN6ZV, B07PSKL1DK, B0C1NXVZDS, B0C1KGBHCS,
B07NJXWV5K, B0C1NZGXWS is that the buyers of the following order I.D () have
received inauthentic items from us. When the buyers received their order fulfilled by us they felt
like the item bought was not of authentic quality and made an inauthentic claim to Amazon. The
issue is that a few of our buyers have received inauthentic items.
My plan of action below details the steps I will take to resolve these issues and ensure they won’t
happen again:

similar complaints won't happen again are the following.
- We have removed the listings for the following ASINs B07MJJN6ZV, B07PSKL1DK,
B0C1NXVZDS, B0C1KGBHCS, B07NJXWV5K, B0C1NZGXWS we have also
removed all other branded product listings as well.

- The inauthentic complaints for order I.D. have all received a full refund and an apology email
from us regarding their complaint.
- All customers who have made an inauthentic complaint have been fully refunded.
- I have read Amazon's Prohibited Seller Activities and Actions policy

our business.
- I have read and understood Amazon's Product Detail Page Rules policy

- I have also read and understood Amazon's Condition Guidelines policy

- In addition to the three very important policies I have read and fully understood, I have also
read Amazon's policies and agreements

earch ) and payed very close attention to the policies.
- I will not list products that were not created/manufactured by the original manufacturer or
copyright holder, to prevent inauthentic complaints.

- We have discontinued our current supplier and now we have a manufacturer to produce and sell
only Z BLACK branded products (our brand).
- I will continue to monitor my product performance list to identify problems and act before they
lead to a complaint.
It is my responsibility to ensure that I follow all of these policies and future policies in order to
maintain my selling privileges on Amazon.

3. Any additional details you would like us to know- I understand that it is very frustrating for
buyers to receive inauthentic goods, so I need to make sure items are not against Amazon policy
in every regard to avoid similar complaints. We have taken immediate action to resolve these
complaints on our Amazon account, As you can see all listings that are not Z BLACK brand
products have been removed from our inventory. We have also refunded every buyer that has
made a refund request and requested that the buyer keep the items sold to them and receive a full
refund. I am extremely aware that it is a privilege to sell on such an amazing platform. I
guarantee that similar complaints will not happen again. If you need more information please
feel free to ask, as I hope you can see selling on Amazon is extremely important to me and I will
do whatever it takes to get my selling privileges back as soon as possible. I am looking forward
to starting selling again and selling high-quality products on Amazon as soon as possible.
