screenshot was of wonderful pistachios, 48 ounces x 2 for 59.99 each. Unbelievable
and it is absolutely ridiculous that someone would try to use Amazon to scam
unsuspecting consumers.”

“I find it amazing, got an email at 4:27pm saying my item shipped, then also at 4:27
I received and email telling me (Fed Ex) damaged the items/ returned it to the
warehouse... When I tacked it, it said no shipper tracking.. I work with FEDEX they
totally provide tracking second they pick it up. They sold it for really good
price/realized it/made up story . Plus they were totally sold out.. LOL”

(USPS). USPS claims the tracking number provided was delivered to another address
NOT mine and the package was 9oz (I believe trays weigh more) which was delivered
to that address which is NOT mine.”

Amazon Seller Performance team,
Over the past few months several of our customers reported complaints that their
orders not delivered or delivered late. We received complaints about late delivery
and products not delivered in the form of negative feedbacks.
We know that the major reason of this issue is that we didn’t choose reliable
shipping Courier partner or not a good dropshipper who can deliver the orders on
time. We understand that Late delivery of orders caused inconvenience to the customers
and also affected the trust of customer on Amazon and us.
We admit that we have breached Amazon's drop shipping policy by using third-party
packaging slips, invoices, and outer covers, it causes that our buyers may be confused
about branding.
We were purchasing goods from a big wholesale platform, Now we have understood that
if a customer sees a packaging of third party brand he or she can blame Amazon for
delivering the products from another wholesaler and amazon is cheating the customer.
A. We have hired a new warehouse to fulfill all the orders from our own
fulfillment channel:
* We have hired our own ware house to provide products to the customer and to fulfill the
orders on promised date and to manage our inventory and all our services.
* All affected customers whom let us know that they haven’t received their orders have
been fully refunded.( We have attached to this appeal letter, evidence that refunds have
been made).
* All messages received were answered on time. We have shipped all remaining orders
immediately as for preventing out of stock and to ensure that all the product are in
correct quantities and as described in the listing and updated them with valid tracking and
amazons outer packing or no branded packaging complying with Amazons requirement.
* We have checked all our current stock in our ware house to ensure that there are not
any damaged products and defected products and if we will find any product in bad
condition or any lack of products, we will immediately share out of stock information.
We have shipped many orders and in these orders some of the orders many were
were late or never delivered to the customers. However, in order to make the
customer happy or satisfied, we gave full refunds because we know that customer
satisfaction is Amazon’s top priority ever.
-- We have intimated our all drop shippers over fulfilling our all orders to use Amazon
branded packaging or completely non branded packaging in all orders.
-- We have instructed our staff to cross-check that there are no third-party drop shipper
packing slips, invoices, packaging, or any other identifying features on order at the time
of shipping.
D. We have intimated all our dropshippers and suppliers regarding the order
packaging and fulfillment:
-- We have break our pacts with the drop shippers who were not ready to provide order
fulfillment without their own packaging, slips and logos.
-- We have recruited some experienced employees to handle packaging and invoices in our
warehouses for order fulfillment.
--We've also taught our older employees to pay careful attention to packaging slips, labels, and
invoices, which assures customers of our service and brand name with confidence.
--As a result of all the above actions we are trying so hard to overcome from this drop
shipping violation because we have realized our mistake.

After reviewing the whole buyer-seller communication we have realized that how
many mistakes we have done in the past which are not forgettable.
- Customers will not be confused, and they will recognize us whether they
want to return, replace, or receive a refund, making it simple for them.

For domestic shipping, we will only use integrated carriers to deliver our
orders. According to the VTR policy,
We will only use the following Integrated and Trusted Carriers Partners from
Amazon:
We've worked hard to enhance our order processing so that we can follow every
Amazon drop shipping policy. We were previously unaware of our out-of-stock,
damaged, and faulty items, which resulted in these issues and our inability to
manage our account on a regular basis.
-- We will recognize our errors in terms of late delivery difficulties and troubles
that customers will experiencing.
-- We will respond to certain buyers who will inquire about the shipment error.
-- We will also predict other factors that may have an impact on the quality
and condition of our products and services.
Finally, we guarantee you that we will obey to Amazon policies and urge that
Amazon reconsider our seller fulfilled offers and restore our account health.
