Additional information
Root Cause:
• I understand that this is the second time my account was enforced for drop
shipping
policy violation. Previously it was on 14th of Feb 2022.
• Previously I was totally unaware of amazon’ drop shipping policy as I was
following a
random youtuber guy Raiken Profit and was drop shipping all the products from
Walmart. I discontinued this business model and started sourcing from authorized
suppliers and distributors.
• I can confirm that after first violation, I had completely implemented my plan of
action
and has stopped sourcing from retailers.
• Due to high sales volumes, we recently ran out of stock on some of our listings.
We were
manually updating the inventory and Mr. Chris was the in charge of inventory
stocks. Due
to high sales volume, Chris was unable to close some of the listings. We received
orders
on that and then we started cancelling them. Our cancellation rate started to raise
above
2.5%. It raised to 10% then we realized that it could deactivate our account due to
high
cancellation rate. Just to avoid that we drop shipped a few only a few orders from
Walmart the same way we were doing before first violation.
• In the meantime, we also contacted our supplier to procure the inventory.
• We really apologize that it happened twice but we want to confirm that we have
already
changed our business model.
Corrective Actions
• We have now installed an inventory management software called Odoo that
automatically updates the inventory and has an accuracy of 99%.
• We apologized our customers who received orders in Walmart packaging also issues
them 100 refunds.
• For now we have completely deleted our inventory and will list them after
trainings of all
the employee and installation of inventory management systems.
Preventative Measures:
• We have integrated our warehouse computers with a software named Odoo which will
allow us to better manage our inventory of shipping boxes.
• We have hired a person who will work on this software and will keep our inventory
and
warehouse team updated about inventory.

• We have set a threshold of 30 units, once we reach this limit software will
automatically
alert the team to contact the supplier for more stock.
• To prevent this issue in the future, we have hired extra personnel who will pack
and review
all the items prior to shipping to ensure that we always identify ourselves as the
seller of
our products.
• We will always identify ourselves as the seller of the record on all the
packaging, labels and
invoices.
• We will always ship the orders with our own information on the parcels (Shipping
Boxes).
• Going forward, we will never ship orders with third party information to the
customers.
• To avoid these kinds of issues we are planning to do FBA on 30 % of our listings.
This will
help us to keep our account health maintained. We are doing this from April 2022
and we
have a clear plan that by the end of 2022, we will completely switch our business
to FBA.
• Currently we are sourcing from Cleaner’s Supply, Office Supply, Africa Imports,
EE
Distributions, Zoro.com etc,.
• We will respond to all the buyers’ messages within 24 hours.
• We will effectively manage all the returns in our account.
• We will daily monitor our account health dashboard to timely address the
violations
popping up in our account.
