• In previous appeal I had not submitted any invoices as I didn’t get any sales and I do not have invoices

notification and I was then advised to provide future inventory invoices of verified supplier.
• I am attaching future inventory invoices from new supplier Crazzy Gadgets which is 100% authentic.
• I request you to review my Plan of Action and the attached invoices gently and reactivate the account. I apologize for the
past negligence and promise such mistake will never be repeated.

Greater detail on the root cause(s) that led to the inauthenticity

• Actually, I hired a VA for handling my account but he was very unprofessional in this field and while I was finding a verified
supplier for my account meanwhile my nerd VA listed the products for which we were out of stock and can't process
those orders.

• While signing up on Amazon I mistakenly missed the policy page that’s why I was not able to address about policies to my
VA.
• He was not aware of Amazon’s policy about ‘categories and product requiring approval’ and he also missed about ‘restricted
product category policy’ and Amazon Anti-Counterfeiting Policy that's why he listed the restricted product without preapproval
by amazon.

• I failed to produce proper documentation because I searched different products on Amazon,clicked on “have one to sell” and added them to
my account.

• I was violating amazon’s ‘categories and product requiring approval policy ‘because I was listing restricted
products without being approved by Amazon.
• The products were not approved by Amazon because they were being sourced from unauthorized source and I deeply apologize for
that.

I am ready to admit my mistake that I must not give my account to my VA for handling it but I should be given a
second chance to improve my mistake and I sincerely want to sell on Amazon.

• I have made sure to go through each and every policy related to product and listing creation.
• I have removed all the past listings from my account and I have switched to new products because I got no
authentic supplier of previous products. (Listings Termination Screenshot has been attached).
• To avoid the issues of authenticity, I have stopped clicked on “have one to sell” and will only buy from brands and their authorized
supplier.
• To check the authenticity of the new supplier and its products I have requested them to issue me authorization letter. They have
confirmed that their products don't require Pre approval to list. Their Invoices accommodate Authorization letters.
• I tried to find a reliable supplier of Concerned brand but couldn’t find my business address nearby.

That's why I have to switch to some other category and supplier. (Supplier vetting process & Products details
are given in preventative steps).

• As I don’t have authentic supplier, I have contacted a new supplier Crazzy Gadgets which is authentic and also
provides invoices. They will also verify if Amazon contact them for the verification of invoices so in future, we
will never receive complaints about products.

-- How you will prevent this issue in the future


• From now on I will be personally handling my account and I will never hire a VA for my account and I will be checking the account
health on daily basis so no violations will occur again.
• Now I will make sure that I will arrange at least two suppliers at a time so if one goes out of stock suddenly then we will have
another option.
• From now on I will implement verification process for authenticity of our future suppliers the points are as follow:
ü I will check that the supplier is verified by a government business website.
ü I will make sure that I will firstly buy all of our inventory from supplier to my warehouse check the quality of products.
ü I will also check that my supplier has brands authorizations.
ü I will also check that my supplier also sells on Amazon so there will be no issue of authenticity

• We will never accept any order in future if we do not have the inventory, we will prefer to switch our
account on vacation mode that will not affect our account matrix.
• Before listing any product, we will provide proof of permission to sell that product, if we don’t have the
permission then we will not list it and avoid selling it in the future.
• I will ensure that all listings are in accordance with Amazon's Policies by getting my business
operatives to study Amazon's Policies and Agreements on weekly basis so that they stay updated.
• Before listing any of my products I will make sure to have proper documentations from the supplier

We will follow legal protections for original works of authorship to avoid Anti-Counterfeiting. We will always abide by
Amazon’s policies regarding Anti-Counterfeiting.

Listing creation strategies:


• After finding the products, I will first contact a reliable supplier via email or phone to buy inventory of at least 10 quantities and
then list the products on amazon. If a product is not restricted, i will inquire them We will not list any product before getting
invoices from the supplier.
Listings Standards:
• We will also make sure that we don’t use trademark keywords in listings because that way we may get some
Intellectual property complaints. We will also verify that product’ pictures are exactly the same products that we will
be selling so that picture may not impose some false expectation from the buyers. We will be auditing listings on
weekly basis to check that listings are based on amazon’ policies and guidelines.
Sourcing:
• To avoid the issues, we will make sure to only source products from either brands or their authorized suppliers or
Manufacturers. If we are buying something from a supplier, we will reach out to the brand and verify the supply chain of that
supplier by demanding the Authorization letter of being a verified supplier issued to them by the government.

Training of Employees:
• I am going to introduce new training policy for employees to make them aware of any type of update in policies made by Amazon.
On weekly basis, I will conduct training session for my employees which will last for 3-4 hours and will keep them up to date about
amazon’ policies and guidelines. Such training sessions would be helpful for them and we would be able to avoid such issues in
future.
Packaging Material:
• Quality team will make sure that products shipped to customers are in its original branded packaging. If in case original packaging gets
damaged while transporting from supplier or moving around in our warehouse, they will remove this product from others and send it
back to the supplier to repack the item so that customer may never assume it as inauthentic. We will make sure that customers always
receive quality products in working condition and in actual branded packaging.

Examples and evidences to demonstrate that I will have invoice for every product I sell
• To check the authenticity and quality, I have shipped these products to my warehouse first. Where I
inspected these products by myself before selling on amazon.(you can see our ware house address on
new invoices).

• Before listing any of my products I will make sure to have proper documentations from the supplier.
• I will only source products from either brands or their authorized suppliers and will keep the record of all the invoices.

New Supplier and its vetting Process:
• I have bought my future inventory from new supplier “Crazzy Gadgets” and to check their authenticity I have requested them for an
authorization letter. They have confirmed that their products don't require Pre approval to list. Their Invoices accommodate
Authorization letters.
• My supplier has verified that my new inventory is not brand restricted and doesn’t require any additional documentation to sell on
amazon.

Summary

I am 100% full confident after applying these filters of authenticity issues, we will never face the issues of authenticity further and never let down
amazon in front of its consumers.
