Section 3

Code Of Conduct Appeal

Dear Seller Performance Team,

We understand that you have deactivated our Amazon Seller account in

accordance with section 3 of Amazon Business Solution Agreement. We have
violated Amazon’s Seller Policies and Seller Code of Conduct
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G1801

I am a principal of ………………. and I am writing to you today in regard to our

account review after we received a notification stating that we had been identified
as drop shipping.

The root cause of Drop Shipping Policy Violation:

 We investigated and identified that some of our recent orders have violated
Amazon’s Drop Shipping Policy.
 We did not identify our self as the seller of our products on all packing
slips
and other information.
 We purchased a product directly from a retailer and sent to our customer
because we
had run out of stock of this item.
 Mistakenly, we did not remove packing slips, invoices, and external
packaging on the
product which we sent to the customer which made customers confused
about where
the package had been shipped from.
 We were doing FBA earlier and just started FBM a couple of months ago.
 We did not educate our employees about Amazon Drop Shipping Policy

_US)
Actions Taken to Prevent These Issues In Future

 We have already terminated our contract with the VA who engaged

in non-compliant behavior. We have removed him from seller
central user permissions.
 Got our entire business operatives to revisit Amazon Review Policy
in complete detail through this link:
https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/G201808410
 We will create new listings according to your policies, only using
variations if the items are genuine variations, such as color or size
differences.
 We will not create parents with not legitimate variation children.

 I’ve trained all my staff to follow the above practices to ensure we do not
have this issue reoccur

 I will check all new listings before they are published to ensure we
are not misusing ASIN variations any more

 We fully acknowledge the fact that offering compensation for Amazon

customer reviews, asking for only positive reviews, asking to remove
negative reviews are all completely against Amazon policies.
 We will never again drop ship an item to one of our customers. We now
store all Merchant-Fulfilled products at our facility until we are fully
able to implement FBA, as we intend to completely switch to an FBA
model.

 With immediate effect, we have ceased to use Facebook to get positive

reviews and asking people to help us remove negative reviews, or
making contact with customers that violates Amazon policies.
 We will continuously monitor existing or any updated Amazon Policy
under "Prohibited seller activities and actions" to prevent the direct or
indirect violation of Amazon policies including review manipulation, in
immediate effect or anytime in future.
 This plan reflects our complete dedication to remain in 100% compliance
with Amazon's policies going forward. Please let us know if there is
anything else we need to do to prevent such issues in the future.
 Will always inform Amazon.com security team if any suspicious act or thing
happens.
 Adhere to all applicable laws and abide by all Amazon.com policies.
 Always maintain current account information.
 Always act in a manner that ensures a trustworthy experience for
Amazon.com customers.

 We will never try to approach any customer outside of Amazon's buyer

messaging, and will use this option in accordance with Amazon's
Policies.
 Our conversation with customers within Amazon's platform would be
100% compliant and will revolve around only order fulfillment and
related customer service.
We believe that we have taken all the steps necessary to eliminate our mistakes in
our current listings and to stop this reoccurring.
Please may I have my selling privileges

restored?
Kind regards,
