Hi Sir/Madam,

We are really sorry that our account health is at risk due to High ODR. We want to have a long term
relationship with Amazon and hence we have taken every step possible to correct the mistakes that we
have done in the past 1 month.

Please find below the problems that we faced and the steps that we have taken to tackle them

Order Defect Rate:

A few of customer has given us negative feedback on our products and because of that our ODR went
high currently 3.12% and to avoid this situation in future we have already taken the step which are
mentioned below-

 Before shipping the products to customer we will check the quality of products and packages.
 We will make sure that the customer is getting the same products what he has expected after
purchasing the product online.
 We have also started to work on listing part and will describe those things only which are the
part of products.
 We will also make sure that we are giving a reply to customer whenever he has purchased the
products.

We want to avoid such situations in the future. Hence we are planning to keep our all products in FBA
and start selling through FBA only. We are in touch with our Account Manager and already planning to
working on the shipment to ship to FC.
