Introduction: MD emphasized the urgency of fulfilling the deposit target at

any cost, ensuring sustainability. The current shortfall is 1796 Crore Tk.

Liquidity Management: SEVP M.N Azim reported a withdrawal of 600 Crore

Taka as deposits from various banks and institutions.
 LC Trade & Remittance:

 LC Trade: Shortfall of 570 Crore against a 700 Crore target.

 Iftekhar Enam Awal assured the target would be met by 24 December. A
warning was issued to Suruj Ali Bhutto, emphasizing serious consequences if
the commitment is not fulfilled.
 MD inquired about the progress on remittances, urging timely completion.
Suruj Ali Bhutto assured it would be achieved.

AD Ratio:

 Syed Md. Foiz Bin Mahfuz reported an AD Ratio of 91%.

 MD inquired about the growth, setting a target of 87% by December.
Consequences were warned if not achieved.

Caution by MD: MD expressed his intentions to benefit both the bank and
individuals, urging wholehearted efforts from all.

Recovery: MD outlined the recovery targets:

 VP Md. Mahbub Ullah (SAM) tasked with achieving 50% of the target.
 DMD K.M. Mohiuddin Ahmed set a deadline for settling matters by the 1st
week of December 2023.
