Exercise protocol

Two experimental group will be performed a consecutive different exercise protocols of 12


week, four days per week. The types of exercise in which they were engaged as follows: 15
participants will be practiced HIIT exercises, which included jogging, running, jumping rope,
and fast walking; and 15 participants will be practiced SAQ exercises which includes Breathing
technique, Leg Up / wall pose, bowing pose, Cobra pose. All the participants will be engaged in
exercise for a consistent period, ranging from 8 weeks during their studies at the university.

Pre and post-tests:

Pre-tests will be administered for all E.G one, E.G two and C.G. before the experiment, and post-
tests will also be held after the treatment. The pre-test score will be used in covariance analysis
to statistically adjust for any differences among all groups at the start of the investigation.
Exercise protocols are given for better understanding.

EXERCISE PROTOCOL
Group A
Total duration of activity is 24 minutes
Four days per week Aerobics exercise Duration Interval

Fast Walk 5 min after each
