*Objectives of the Study*

This report has been crafted with the following objectives in mind:

Examine Job Satisfaction Measurement Methods: The primary objective is to explore and
elucidate the various methods for measuring job satisfaction, with a particular emphasis on the
Summation Score Method. By analyzing this approach, we aim to provide a comprehensive
understanding of how employee satisfaction is evaluated and its implications for organizational
well-being.

Analyze Employee Compensation Criteria: Through a thorough examination of the criteria


utilized for compensating employees, this study aims to identify and discuss the key factors that
organizations consider when determining compensation packages. Special attention will be
given to assessing the prevalence of performance-based compensation and its significance
within the context of Bangladesh workplaces.

Apply Hofstede's Framework to Bangladesh Workplace Behavior: By applying Hofstede's


Cultural Dimensions, this study seeks to analyze the typical behavioral patterns exhibited by
individuals in Bangladesh workplaces. The objective is to gain insights into how cultural values
impact workplace interactions, communication, and decision-making processes, and to propose
potential improvements aligned with each dimension.
Explore Conflict Progression and Resolution: This study aims to outline the stages of conflict
progression, providing a comprehensive view of how conflicts unfold and evolve within
organizational settings. Additionally, the report will present a practical case study to illustrate the
application of conflict resolution strategies, shedding light on effective methods to manage and
mitigate workplace conflicts.
