Description

The Renewal code will determine the number of employees to be added on the payroll, modules
licensed and the registration date. When a new code is generated, you will need to update the renewal
code.

Your license code can be updated automatically or manually. I

If you have already entered a valid Site Code and the connection to the Connected Services server is
available, your licence code will be automatically updated when you log in to the Sage 300 People
application.

If you are not connected to the internet or if the Connected Services site is blocked on your
environment, you can manually enter the licence code provided by the Sage Renewals team. To
manually update your licence code, click on the About button on the main landing page.

Click on the Licence Information button.

On the License Information screen, confirm that you have entered a valid Site Code.

You can then select the “Renewal” or the “Manual Renewal” button to update your licence code

Renewal option:

To update your licence code using the Renewal button, the application must be connected to Sage
Connected Services.

EXAMPLE: you have purchased a licence for an additional 300 employees and you need to retrieve
the updated licence code for the additional 300 employees. Access the Licence Information screen
and click on the Renewal button. Your licence code will be updated accordingly.

Click on Save to apply the new License Key.
