Regarding the financial proposal, please see below my examples:

 Permanent: we charge, ONLY upon successful closure of the search , 8% of the


gross annual salary of the candidates . In addition, if it's permanent we have
refund policies which means that if the candidate leaves within 12 weeks we will
refund you with the amount of money stated in the contract (schedule A) For
example: if a candidate earns 40.000 gross per year, our remuneration will be 8%
of 40000=3200
 Contract: for temporary staff , we charge EUR 3,00 for each hour worked.

 Week in which the Applica % of introduction fee refunded leaves:
 1 - 2 90%
 3 - 4 80%
 5 - 6 60%
 7 - 8 40%
 9 - 10 20%
 11 - 12 10%

We charge a flat 20% commission on top of what you pay engineers. This is accumulated with
every day they work. For instance, €300 daily pay + 20% commission = €360Per Day Total.
Generally RAS would provide the travel and local accommodation also.

For contractors we charge 20% of the daily rate. So if the agreed pay rate is €300 our daily fee
will be €60. This is for every day they work.

If you want us to provide engineers to be permanently employed by RAS Technik then the fee is
20% of the annual salary.
