Scope:
The Customer shall be given the license to perform simulation of trades on the financial market FOREX, or on other financial markets
through a special customer demo account on the platform of a broker aka Black Bull Markets (hereinafter called "Customer Account")
which shall be made accessible to him or her subject to the conditions of this Agreement and to FundingPips programs and products,
and the right to remuneration, which FundingPips shall pay the Customer under the conditions of this Agreement (hereinafter referred
to as the "FOREX Trading"). The Customer acknowledges and understands that the Customer Account is the property of the Company
and shall make confidential the activities made within the Customer Account. The Customer acknowledges that the Company
reserves the right to determine whether the FOREX trading was realistic in the operation of the real financial market and that the
remuneration payable is dependent on the FOREX trading reflecting the operation of the real financial market in a clear and
reasonable manner. Any deviations from the FOREX trading in the operation of the real financial market will result in changes to the
payable remuneration or termination of the contract.
The contractor will be solely responsible for (a) payment of all taxes and any other liability, deduction, contribution, assessment or
claim arising from or made in connection with the performance of the Services required by any government agency or any other
competent authority; and (b) compliance with all applicable labor and employment requirements with respect to Contractor's self-
employment, sole proprietorship or other form of business organization. Contractor will report to all applicable government agencies
as income all compensation received by Client pursuant to this Agreement. Contractor will ensure that none of its employees hold
themselves out as being the employees of Client or having any authority at any time to bind Client, or otherwise attempt to claim any
employment or other relationship with Client.
