I write this letter under the guidance of my advocate regarding unsecured loan I have taken from

I regret to inform you that I am facing financial difficulties and as a result, I am seeking a financial
settlement. I hope this can be resolved quickly and amicably and ideally we can discuss the same

Kindly instruct your representatives that, As per RBI guidelines and the BCSBI Code, the
Customer shall be contacted ordinarily at the place of his/her choice and in the absence of any
specified place, at the place of his/her residence and if unavailable at his/her residence, at the place
of business/occupation.
As per the above guidelines, I am notifying you that no meeting or contact should take place at a
venue that is not chosen by me. Do note, entering into a property/possession without permission
amounts to the offence of house-trespass under section 448 of Indian Penal Code 1860.
Also as per established RBI guidelines, no DRAs may contact or otherwise harass any Third Party
Individuals such as Family, Friends, Relatives, Colleagues and so on. Kindly make contact
