Domain Winter Winning Camp 2024

Guidelines for Students

Following guidelines to be followed for the D omain Winter W i n n i n g Camp 2024 are mentioned
below.

1. It is mandatory for all TPP registered students of 3rd year BE-CSE/IT and ME-CSE to attend Domain
Winter Winning Camp 2024 in physical mode. The students are supposed to join the classes only
Physical Mode as per the shared schedule by the department.

2. Students should report to their respective classrooms in respective blocks as per shared time table before 5
minutes prior to session.
3. All students must be properly and decently dressed in formals. Punctuality and discipline are essential to
truly gain from the teaching learning management system.
4. Student need to submit the assigned Worksheet/Assignments of their respective Subjects to the
concerned Teacher on time.
5. It is mandatory for all students to attend all weekly scheduled Group Interview / Proctored
Assessment etc. In case, a student goes below the criteria {100% attendance in each subject and
100% attendance in Saturday Proctored Assessments/ G r o u p I n t e r v i e w } then he / she
will be permanently debarred. Permanently debarred student will be shifted in NON TPP section
(failing in providing justified reasons). He / She will not be allowed to join any training and placement
activity in upcoming semesters. And not allow to sit in any placement drives.
6. Coursera based Test to be conducted on 5th Jan, 2024 by Subject Teacher in the class. The test will be
based upon three Coursera courses are following format:
 Test Sample Format, DWWC-2024 (5th Jan ,2024)

Faculty member will give a total of 9 questions among the 3 Modules and Student must attempt a total of 6 questions.
Student will attempt 02 questions from each Module.
Time Duration: 01 Hrs

7. Students should attend Group Interview (10th Jan, 2024) in Physical as per shared schedule.

8. The attendance of the students will be marked on the Google Sheet in the first 15 mins of the class
by the respective faculty members.
9. A resume is mandatory for all Group Interview sessions and resume must be in prescribed format
(format shared).
10. Student must appear in the AMCAT Test (11 Jan, 2024) in online mode as per shared schedule:

Proctored AMCAT ASSESMENT Exam’s Pattern

One AMCAT Assessment will be conducted i.e. 11th Jan 2024(Thursday).

11. In case of any inappropriate behavior/indiscipline by any student during Domain Winter Winning
Camp 2024, strict disciplinary action will be taken against student.
