How does it relate to your work?
As part of my job, it is essential that I adhere to manufacturing standards and
procedures for the construction industry. It is essential that we acknowledge the actions
of corporations and adhere to their regulatory, legal, and ethical obligations. An Ethics
and Integrity Management Team (EICT) adheres to a policy to monitor and inspect
employee activities, provide a forum for employees, and reveal issues of enforcement or
legal concern. The team establishes guidelines for ethics and integrity, implements the
principles through a written policy, and creates an organizational structure that
facilitates the effectiveness of the program. When the team conducts an audit in my
area of responsibility, it is my responsibility to provide honest feedback.
