Perfect Breakout

Oh No It’s Fake Out

Lot of traders trade breakout but they also enter in fake breakout and
lost his money. So question is how to identify fake breakout and trade
them.

First of all think about why you trade Breakout. Because you people
have learned from YouTube that whenever there is a breakout, there is a

good move in the market. And take a trade to breakout side RIGHT. But
i think that’s not enough to take a trade you need more confirmation

but the truth is something else. You no need confirmation your need
logic behind it. But you guys don’t know logic behind breakout and
fakeout. Don’t worry guys i’m here to tell you logic behind breakout and
fakeout.

What you
Think

And what
happens
Logic Behind Fake Breakout
Profit Booking

Profit Booking
seller exit there positions
here
mean first they sell and then
buy
that's by market make a
wick after breakout

When trader book his profit then tell me why market go more
down. All the liquidity ( Stop Loss/ There is no Money in down
side to make more down move ) Sweap In Down Side. That’s the
one of the main reason market give fake breakout here.
When You Guys See Breakout Like This ( profit booking breakout
) Then don’t Trade Blindly.

Example 01
Example 02
Example 03
Example 04
Example 05

These all example are just basic of fake breakout. Just read full
ebook and you will understand what is fake breakout.
Whenever there is a fake or real breakout it happens because of
liquidity. Many people are thinking what is liquidity In stock market
simple word you can say liquidity is stop loss. In other words You
can say that stop loss is pending money in market that the market will
grab in future . Suppose if the market is making an upside breakout and
there is liquidity in upside then probably breakout is real. If you want to
know more about liquidity you can contact us.

Down side liquidity already grab

As you can see Market grab upside liquidity and now there is not liquidity in up side so
tell me guys why market go more upside if there is no liquidity but guys focus on
breakout not on liquidity. First identify liquidity in market.

Profit Book/Liquidity Sweap

Down side liquidity grab + fake breakout

Profit Book/Liquidity Sweap
Upside liquidity not grab right now

Liquidity grabe + fakeout

Then Upper side
liquidity grab

First market grab downside liquidity or

you can say fake breakout or profit
booking

Maybe you don't understand much about in these examples , but if you backtest
it, you will understand more
How To Avoid Fake Breakout

It's been more than 3 years since I have been trading and I have
wasted my 2 years in breakout, pattern, trendline analysis. I am not
saying that all these scenarios does not work, everything works
While we are getting ancient knowledge about trading from YouTube
which is of no use to understand trading in today's life .I would like to
suggest you to learn something new which has logic behind it and
something new in the market. If I talk about myself, I use SMC SMART
MONEY CONCEPT. There is no such thing as fake breakout in
SMC.Whenever there is a breakout of any level in SMC, we do not have
to trade, we have to wait. if you learn differently from others, only
then you can survive here.

To Avoid fake breakout change you time frame. If you guys use 1m Time
frame then use 3m time frame.
1m - 3m
5m - 6m/8m
10m - 12m
15m - 18m
I am not say that you can change you time frame according to this table just
experiment and i hope will see some difference.
SMART MONEY CONCEPT (SMC) EXAMPLE
