Genocide Unit: Holocaust Identification Biography Project

Introduction: Welcome to our Holocaust project, where we delve into the personal stories of

survivors and victims to better understand the human impact of one of history's darkest chapters.

The Holocaust stands as a stark reminder of the atrocities humans are capable of committing,

but it also serves as a testament to resilience, courage, and the enduring power of the human

spirit.In this project, we will explore the personal histories of individuals who lived through the

Holocaust, as documented by the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. Through their

stories, we will seek to gain insight into the experiences of those who endured unimaginable

suffering, as well as those whose lives were tragically cut short. By engaging with these personal

narratives, we hope to deepen our understanding of the Holocaust and its profound impact on

individuals, families, and communities.
