Important Instructions :

1. All the students are directed to report in the examination centre mentioned in their admit card accordingly 30
minutes before the start of exam.
2. Carefully check exam date, time and exam center / venue.
3. As per statutes, no student who has less than minimum attendance prescribed in any course shall be permitted to
appear in the end-semester examination and She/he shall be given grade of FA-failure due to lack of attendance.
He/She shall be asked to appear in that course by enrolling for it the next time it is offered.
4. It shall be incumbent upon all the candidates to cross the bank pages of Answer Script, if any, during the
Examination.
5. If any candidate leaves any page/s between any two written pages in the Answer book blank without crossing or
does not write the Correct Roll Number / Subject at the relevant place on the title page or writes a wrong Roll
Number / Subject or commits any other similar mistake which goes against the guidelines already issued for the
purpose, by the University, it shall entail a punishment in terms of the guidelines including the cancellation of the
concerned paper.
6. Students should carry their own examination accessories like pen, eraser, calculator, pencil, scale, sharpener etc.
7. Mobile phones are not allowed inside the examination hall.
8. The students shall not be allowed to carry mobile phones or any other electronic device in the examination hall.
9. No student shall be allowed to appear in the examination hall without the roll no. slip.
10. The candidates are further advised to use only blue ink pen or ball pen.
11. The candidates are also advised not to disclose their identity by writing name or put any other identification mark in
the answer Book which shall tantamount to the use of unfair means and shall be punishable under the university
statutes.
