Beef Stir-Fry with Vegetables Ingredients:


● 400g beef sirloin, thinly sliced ● 2 tbsp soy sauce
● 1 tbsp oyster sauce
● 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
● 1 tbsp sesame oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 onion, sliced
● 1 bell pepper, sliced
● 1 carrot, julienned
● 1 cup broccoli florets
● Cooked rice or noodles, for serving
Instructions:
. In a bowl, marinate beef slices with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame
oil for 15-20 minutes.
. Heat oil in a wok or skillet over high heat. Add minced garlic and sliced
onion, stir-fry until fragrant.
. Add marinated beef slices and stir-fry until browned.
. Toss in sliced bell pepper, julienned carrot, and broccoli florets. Stir-fry
for 2-3 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
. Serve hot with cooked rice or noodles.

3. Caprese Salad Ingredients:


● 2 large ripe tomatoes, sliced
● 250g fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced ● Fresh basil leaves
● Extra virgin olive oil

● Salt and black pepper to taste

1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving plate. 2. Tuck

fresh basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices. 3. Drizzle with extra
virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze.

5. Serve immediately as a refreshing appetizer or side dish.

1. Classic Spaghetti Carbonara
Ingredients:
● 350g spaghetti
● 150g pancetta or bacon, diced
● 3 large eggs
● 75g grated Parmesan cheese
● 2 cloves garlic, minced

● Salt and black pepper to taste
● Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
. Cook spaghetti in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente. Drain,
reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water.
. In a skillet over medium heat, cook pancetta until crispy. Add minced
garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, Parmesan cheese, salt, and black pepper.
. Add cooked spaghetti to the skillet with pancetta and garlic. Remove
from heat and quickly stir in egg mixture, tossing to coat the pasta. If the
sauce is too thick, add reserved pasta water gradually until desired
consistency is reached.
. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley if desired.
