1. Price quoted as EXW FACTORY USD
2. Thai Shin-I's Factory located in Banpong, Ratchaburi Province, Thailand.
3. The goods prices do not include the Foreign Bank Charges (Foreign Bank Charges means both Beneficiary’s Bank charges and
Intermediate / Nostro Bank charges), so the Foreign Bank Charges will be charged from the buyer. The Seller will include the Foreign
Bank Charge in to each quotation.
4. If there are any other costs which are not related to the prices quoted e.g. wood or metal box, they will be subject to the buyer, the
seller can inform other costs.
5. Under term FOB Bangkok USD, container packing sea worthy, in case that wood or metal box for packaging, there will be an extra
charge of approximately USD 150.00 per 1 cubic metre. The wood or metal box cost can be quoted case by case.
6. Under term EXW-Factory Banpong USD, if the forwarder agent is nominated by the buyer, both the packaging charge and the
inland costs will be collected from the buyer.
7. For cargo express shipment, paper box packaging only, by courier, if the courier companies, e.g. DHL, can pick up goods at Thai
Shin-I factory in Banpong, Ratchaburi or other the specified point of departure as discuss and can issue cargo express export entry
(no export duty and taxes), the term will be changed from EXW-factory to FCA/FOB Thailand for invoice value not more than THB
500,000 only.
