Whereas the confirming parties herein are the owners of a portion admeasuring 0
hectares 3 areas each, collectively admeasuring 0 hectares 6 areas, out of the land
bearing survey no. 67 hissa no. 1B/28/2 situate, lying and being at village dhanori
within the registration sub-district of Taluka haveli, district pune and within the
limits of the municipal corporation of pune and falling in the residential’ Zone; the
said portion is more particularly described in first schedule hereunder written and
hereinafter referred to as ‘the said land
