Mr.M.Padmanaban, learned counsel appearing for the first respondent,

seeks a short accommodation for filing his written response.

2.Mr. S.Vijayakumar, learned counsel appearing for the appellant

submitted that the appellant has been selected to the post of Noon Meal

Organizer as per the Government Rules and hence, the same cannot be set

aside, without any concrete material, by the learned Judge. It is also submitted

that from the date of appointment, the appellant has been working in the said

post, till date.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case coupled with the

submissions made by the learned counsel for the appellant, there shall be an

order of status quo for a period of three weeks.

4.Notice to the second and third respondents returnable in three weeks.
