2. That by virtue of the provision of bye-Law of Defence Housing Authority Peshawar, I hereby return the
Original Allotment letter No.______ dated______for cancellation and relinquishes the said allotment of

request of the above said transferee / owner.
4. That I affirm and declare that the name of _______________________________ should be entered in the
record books of Defence Housing Authority Peshawar, as the transferee / owner of the aforesaid property.
5. That I solemnly declare that after the File/Plot is transferred in the name of purchaser, I and my any
successor shall have no right, title or interest &________________________________ is the exclusive
owner of the same from today onwards.
6. That I understand that having transferred my Membership / Associate Membership of the File/Plot, I cannot
claim another or a second allotment in respect of the same File/Plot of Defence Housing Authority
Peshawar.
7. That I affirm that prior to this transfer of membership/ Plot I have not sold / transferred File/Plot to anyone
mean this File No/ Plot to any other person / Organization nor any suit is pending in court of competent
jurisdiction against the said File/Plot further more this File/Plot is free from all encumbrances and charge.
