ROSEAID the revolutionary platform that broadens the scope and expertise of a
pathologist. The platform allows the medical team to collaborate and digitize their
footprint ensuring the perpetuity of their skills. Essentially, creating a limitless
pathology workspace, allowing pathologists to capture, share, and analyze critical
insights in a life-saving manner, regardless of their location.
With state-of-the-art Machine Learning algorithms and our open pretrained Multi-
Modal Large Language Model (MMLLM) capabilities we understand complex
medical concepts and their interconnections facilitating automation of complex
analysis, diagnosis, and construction of various kinds of patient reports.
RoseAId has leveraged the following :
• Data Augmentation to alleviate lack of sufficient examples and poor varietal
representation (e.g., stain variability)
• Learning rate warm up on external data sets (e.g. labeled H&E Lung data set)
• Self-learning on domain-specific, unlabeled data sets
• Multi-task learning with a variety of channels: adequacy, cell types, etc.
• Unified multi-organ qualitative model (common morphology - Pancreas, Lung, Breast,
etc.)
• Anomaly and novelty detection (reduce false positives and detect novel exemplars)
• MLOps infrastructure to make data-centric AI an efficient and systematic process
(Continuous Machine Learning), with firewalled DEVOps CI/CD release mechanism
ROSEAId has adopted a strategy to embrace collaboration partners as we pursue the creation and
enhancement of AI models dedicated to advancing Digital Pathology and Telepathology. These
Partners range from Teaching Hospitals to established Digital Pathology
In the collaborative training setting, participating medical users contribute by uploading locally
updated prompt learner parameters, eliminating the need for raw medical data transmission
