Dear friend,

Hope that you are well. I am very glad to have received your letter. You are interested to know
about my family.

My family is a happy family consisting of five members: father, mother, sister, brother and
myself. I am the second child of my family. My father is a school teacher and a likable man and
my mother is a caring doctor who helps people in need. My brother and sister are very naughty
always quarrelling for nothing, yet we love each other.

We mostly spend time together at the weekends. With my brother I play basketball on Sundays
afternoons and with my sister I often play the piano on Saturday evenings. And together as a
family, we enjoy going to the cinema or riding our bikes in the park. We have a strong family tie.

That’s all for today. In your next letter, please write to me about your family. I am waiting for
your kind reply.
