1 SCOPE OF THE MANUAL

This manual contains the instructions to use the insulation information in the Navismodel MdP EVAP
Effect 1E Navis Model - INSU.nwd and the settings file MdP EVAP Effect 1E Navis Model -
Settings.xml.

Please note that this manual is only for the specified Navismodel and will not universally work on all
Navismodels sent by ANDRTIZ.

2 USING THE INSULATION NAVISMODEL

1. Open the Navisworks menu via the Navisworks symbol in the left corner of the program.

2. Select options from the menu.

3. In the options select Interface.

4. From the Interface dropdown menu select Quick properties.

5. From the Quick properties dropdown menu select Definition.

6. Select Import from the left lower corner of the menu.

7. Select the file MdP EVAP Effect 1E Navis Model - Settings.xml.

8. Click Open.

3 USING THE SETTINGS FILE

1. Select Home from the ribbon.

2. Select Quick Properties.

3. Select Properties.

The insulation properties can be seen by moving the mouse on top of the pipe or equipment.

4 RESTORING NORMAL SETTINGS TO NAVISWORKS

1. Open the Navisworks menu via the Navisworks symbol in the left corner of the program.

2. Select options from the menu.

3. In the options select Interface.

4. From the Interface dropdown menu select Quick properties.

5. From the Quick properties dropdown menu select Definition.

6. Scroll down the Definition list.

7. Select Defaults.
