ADD ‘-S’ or ‘-ES’ or ‘-IES’
Present Simple + Third Person Singular: With most verbs, simply
add ‘-s’. For example: “She works in an office.”
 However, you should add ‘-es’ to the following kinds of verbs:
watches TV.  verbs ending in ‘-tch’ or ‘-ch’
teaches English.


He washes his/her/its clothes. verbs ending in ‘-sh’

misses his/her/its friend.  verbs ending in ‘-ss’


She goes to school.  verbs ending in ‘-o’
