ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This role entails working on a magnitude of BIM projects with reputed firms
in Dubai, and directly with the management of the company
• Bridges communication between the client & the BIM team in India

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Familiarity with working in the Architecture/ Engineering/ Construction

environment under deadlines and with multiple disciplines contributing to
BIM models
2. Must have experience reading Construction engineering drawings.
3. Experience handling 2D drafting and 3D BIM modeling.
4. Must have an in-depth working knowledge in BIM versions with emphasis on
project setup
5. Strong written and verbal communication skills
6. Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging
work goals
7. Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine
and manage priorities with minimal guidance
8. Must have basic PC experience in Windows environments, working knowledge
of word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail, Web-enabled
applications, and database software.
