• Developing medium frequency alphas based on real world futures market data from implementing recent academic research
• Creating macroeconomic themed and arbitrage investment strategies for commodities, currency and bond futures
• Backtested alphas on 15-year financial data under various environments to get optimal parameters

• Developing Pipeline and Tableau Dashboard
– Developed pipelines to migrate data files from local drives to GS Propriety infrastructure (Snowflake database)
– Created python scripts to query data using Pypure and implemented automatic jobs to run the new Framework weekly

Audio Event Detection | Course Project: Machine Learning for Signal Processing | ‡ November’21
• Aimed to detect the presence of music or speech in a 60s test audio mixture and identify its onset and offset times
• Divided the audio into 1878 frames and implemented a classifier using logistic regression, CNN and RNN for each frame
• Utilized majority voting to label a group of 28 frames as music or speech and reported best accuracy by CNN
Competitive Discord Bot | Collaborative Project | ‡ May’21-Jun’21
• Developed a discord bot which aggregates contestant information, displays contest ranklists, obtains user blogs and simplifies
problem search on popular competitive programming platforms like Codeforces and Topcoder
• Incorporated features to display performance statistics, rating variations and problem recommendations filtered on topic tags
• Implemented in Python using discord.py library, selenium and other API utilities of respective platforms
Virtual Reality Motion Capture | Electronics Club, IITK April’20 - Jul’20
• Developed a low-cost extension of VR headsets to capture user motion and their interaction with surroundings in real time
