End of Module Reflection

The reflection at the end of the module is a chance to synthesise your learning and
to demonstrate what you have learned.

Learning has 6 elements which we want to demonstrate here:


• Acquisition of new knowledge.
• Inquiry around the new knowledge.
• Discussion with others.
• Practice by taking the new knowledge and applying to your own context.
• Collaboration – working with others to share the new knowledge.
• Production of an output e.g. your assignments.

1. Acquisition of knowledge
What did you learn throughout the module?
a. Name the key lessons learnt and which are the most important.
b. Discuss aspects with which you disagreed.

2. Inquiry and Discussion


How is what you learned important to you?
a. What has changed in your thinking - discuss three.
b. Has this led you to do more learning in this field – please give examples.

3. Practice and Collaboration


How will you apply what you have learned in the future?
a. List actions you will or have taken in your day-to-day practice – i.e are you
acting differently?
b. Give examples where this has been relevant to your context.

4. Comment on the module (optional)


a. What would you like to be added to the module to assist your learning?
b. What would you change?

Recommended word count: 500 – 1000 words.
